Vianet app is available for android and iOS users. Customers can download the Vianet app from Play Store on android and also from the iOS app store.
Vianet Fair usage Policy
Fair usage Policy is only applicable for the Vianet home packages. Data usage is calculated by adding both download and upload data used from the start of every English month. There are three levels for FUP.
At crossing Level 1 Fair Usage Quota internet speed reduced to 60%, at Level 2 speed will be reduced to 30% and at level 3 speed will be reduced to 10%. Data usage calculation will reset at the first of every English month and the Internet will return back to its original speed.
If e Fair Usage Quota threshold is crossed and needed high-speed internet, Customers can purchase Ultraboost data feature. After purchasing the Ultraboost data feature customer can get speeds up to 100 Mbps.
How to get free Vianet Internet
