Prabhu Digital Pvt. Ltd, an internet service provider under Prabhu Group, will now operate as a public company. Prabhu Digital, a company that has obtained a license for an internet service provider from the Nepal Telecommunication Authority, will now operate as a public limited company and can issue IPO soon.
Recently, the Telecommunications Authority has given permission to convert Prabhu Digital Pvt. Ltd. to Prabhu Digital Limited. With permission, the company has changed from a private limited company to a public limited company. After the transformation of the company into a public limited, Prabhu digital can issue the ordinary share IPO. Prabhu Digital has stated that it will issue IPO soon after completing the process of the Securities Board of Nepal. After fulfilling all the conditions from SEBON, IPO can be issued.
The government had brought a law that telecommunication service providers with a capital of more than Rs 50 million should be converted into public limited companies. Prabhu Digital Limited has become a public company under this law.
The company under Prabhu Group has been operating internet service with a license since Kartik 7, 2074 BS. In addition, the company is also operating OTT services.
