1) Chief Investment Officer
Requirements
- CFA Degree from recognized university. Completion of Master’s degree shall be preferred.
- Atleast 2 year’s experience in managerial position in banking/insurance or relevant sector.
- Sound knowledge of investment management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation and decision making skills.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
Responsibility
- Establishment of an investment policy statement (IPS) of the company driving the investment decisions.
- Formulation of 5 years investment strategy considering the investment appetite and market scenarios.
- Determination of possible opportunities for businesses and investments that can contribute to the profitability of the company.
- Develop and create projects in collaboration with banking /insurance sectors which can help in diversification of risks and assets and contribute to the bottom line of the company.
- Monitoring of existing investment portfolios by considering risks and return profile of the company.
- Develop both short and long-term investment plans, recommend investments, and assign assets.
- Creation of assets pool by using instruments in the areas like traditional investments, fixed income , alternative investments(PEVC, Real Estate etc)
- Suggest best investment practices to the relevant stakeholders.
2) Chief – Alternate Sales
Requirements
- Masters degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Atleast 2 years experience in managerial positon in banking/insurance or other revelent sector.
- Sound knowledge in corporate sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, nogotiation and decision making skills.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
Responsibility
- Establishment of alternate sales unit with defined KPIs and allocate appropriate resources.
- Development of sales strategy of the department in terms of market, products, channels etc.
- Monitor all the functions related to the department and suggest recommendations to optimize the business volumes and growth.
- Maintenance and enhance mutually fruitful business relation with clients.
- Generation of business with corporate tie ups.
3) Reinsurance Department
Requirements
- Masters degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Atleast 2 years experience in managerial position in related department.
- Excellent analytical, nogotiation, presentation and decision making skills.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
Responsibility
- Assist to drive and review feasibility analysis for product ideas along the lines of regulatory, pricing, risk management, coordinating with respective teams for guidance.
- Assist to ensure Re-insurance of policies is done on timely manner to avoid any discrepancy in future.
- Assist to compile statistical data and other information for further analysis in relation to Re-insurance.
- Deliver all other assigned tasks related to Re-insurance as and when needed within the stipulated time frame
- Correspondence with the Re-insurer and other stakeholders.
4) Head – Agency Training
Requirements
- Masters degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Atleast 2 years experience in managerial position in banking/insurance or revelent sector. Well experience in facilitating trainings.
- Experience in agency development training, good knowledge of training functions, good knowledge of insurance business will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and leadership skills.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
Responsibility
- Formulate Training Manual related to agency training.
- Conduct functions related to content development and analysis of the content with the trainer.
- Work with the Faculty Head and team in curriculum design, module’s development project and support training roll out.
- Training Need assessment based on the target audience
- Formulate and execute the annual calendar for agency training.
- Evaluate the Training effectiveness and suggest improvement measure.
- Facilitate training programs
5) Regional Manager/ Branch Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent for officer level and Masters degree in management or equivalent for managerial level ( from recognized university).
- Officer level – Atleast 3 years working experience as branch manager in officer level in banking/insurance sector or in sales.
- Managerial level – Atleast 2 years working experience in managerial level as branch manager/regional manager in banking/insurance sector or in sales.
- Experience in agency development will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operational aspects of insurance business and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and leadership skills.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
Responsibility
- Responsible for all of the functions of branch office which comes under that region like Sales, Accounting, BRS, Claim etc. Coordinating and overseeing all branch operations.
- Sales forecasting, demand management, setting profit-based sales targets, and the written execution steps of a sales plan at region level.
- Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.
- Plan training of agent and implement it at region/branch level.
- Ensure maximum participation and activation of agent
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of an agency at region level.
- Ensure proper supervision, execution of all the functions at region level.
6) Officer – CEO’S Office
Requirements
- CA/ACCA or Masters Degree in Management with minimum second division from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in written and verbal nepali/english.
- Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of office applications.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
Responsibility
- Assist with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports and presentations.
- Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties.
- Prepare relevant reports on behalf of the CEO to be presented in committee and BOD meetings.
- Conduct regular follow ups for monitoring the day to day functions related to CEO’s office.
- Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the CEO.
7) Assistant – Few
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management with minimum second division from a recognized university.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in nepali/english.
- Good computer skills with a working knowledge of office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, high professional standards, integrity.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
Note: Position shall be negotiable for qualified and eligible candidates commensurable with their experience and expertise. Age shall be counted as of 17:00 hrs March 6, 2022.
