Ncell has new offer plan for prepaid customers, users will now be able to stay in touch with their family members and friends even if their mobile balance is zero. Customers can use the bundled pack of voice, data and SMS services first and pay the Service fee of Rs 5 later.
Ncell Private Limited has been providing this attractive pack to its prepaid customers since April 17 (Friday) to ensure service among its customers in the event of a disaster caused by the coronavirus epidemic. Under this plan, customers can activate bundle service with 250 MB data, 25 minutes on-net voice call and 25 on-net SMS for just Rs 5.
Customers with zero main balance or balance less than Rs 5 can stay in touch with their relatives by activating this pack to pay the fee later. Considering the fact that in the event of a disaster, the customer may have difficulty accessing the service due to difficulty in balance recharge, Ncell has made this facility available to the customer.


How to Activate Plan
Customer can activate Ncell offer easily. Customers can activate this pack by dialing * 9988 * 55 # or * 9988 #. After the customer recharges his main balance, the specified fee of the pack will be deducted automatically. Ncell customers will not have to pay any other charges.
Ncell has brought this pack to serve 3.6 million prepaid customers who have not used any service including voice, data and SMS for the past one month and have a main balance of less than Rs 5. The data, voice and sms received under this subscriber can be used every day from 9 am to 9 pm next day. The services received will be valid for 7 days. Only prepaid customers who have been using Ncell’s SIM for the past two months, have a main balance of less than Rs 5 and have not used any service on their mobile for a month can activate the pack under this plan.
In addition, Ncell has extended the validity of Stay Home Data Pack from 7 days to 10 days keeping in view the needs of the customers. Customers can activate the 15 GB Stay Home Data Pack for Rs 230 (Rs 293.69 inclusive of tax).
