Nepal is preparing for the elections. Elections are scheduled for next Baishakh. Meanwhile, Nepal Police has opened recruitment for one lakh Myadi Police (Temporary Police) for the election of 2079.

Application Date
According to a notice issued by the Police Headquarters, Naxal, applications can be submitted for Myaadi Police from Chaitra 6 to 11.

The application forms will be available at all District Police Offices across Nepal. There is an age limit for Myadi police recruitment. Only persons who have completed 18 years of age but have not reached 54 years of age will be eligible to join.
Requirements
Must be a Nepali citizen to be temporary police. Similarly, there are some other criteria to fulfill, no criminal charges, not any political party member, and must be physically and mentally fit.
Former security personnel of the Nepal Army, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force will get priority. Similarly, those who have worked in security agencies outside Nepal and Myadi police in the past will get priority.
Salary & Benefits
The salary of the Myadi Police will be Rs. 30,240 for 40 days. Similarly, an additional Rs 7,200 for food and Rs 6,000 for clothes and other items will be provided, Plus Rs 1000 extra for transportation. Insurance benefits will be provided as a government rule.
Result Date
The final results will be published on Chaitra 22. The service period will be 40 days.
