There is good news for those waiting for an IPO application. Unique Nepal Laghubitta Sanstha Limited is going to issue an initial public offering ( IPO ) to the public soon. Unique Nepal Microfinance, headquartered in Kohalpur Municipality, Banke, is to issue primary shares worth Rs. 2,70,000,000. The date is not yet fixed but the company to issue IPO soon.
Unique Nepal Laghubitta is going to issue 270,000 IPO at the face value of Rs 100 per share for the general public. Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed as the issuer and sales manager. The IPO issuance date has not been fixed yet but it will happen soon. The organization has been providing services through branches in Banke, Bardiya, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Kapilbastu and Dang districts.

Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (UNLBSL) is a rural micro-finance institution. Currently, it provides its services to more than 82,000 poor and marginalized beneficiaries from ten districts of Province 5 and Province 7. UNLBSL obtained micro-finance banking license from the Nepal Rastra Bank in October 2018. However, the history goes back to the year 2000, when UNYC Nepal started working in this field. It has continuously worked for last 18 years under the provisions of Financial Inter-mediator Act, as a ‘FINGO’.

It strives to promote culture of saving, encourages income generation, supports micro-entrepreneurship development and provides social security services to its clients.
