The price of gold continues to rise sharply, with the price rising, a new record is being set daily. The gold price today rose by Rs. 500 per tola on Thursday, July 25, and reached an all-time high.

The Federation of Nepalese Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs on Thursday set the price of Fine gold at Rs 94,500 per tola and Tejabai gold at Rs 94,065 per tola. This is the highest price ever in the Nepali market.

Investment in gold has increased around the world, because of the business sectors are unstable due to the coronavirus. Tej Ratna Shakya, a gold and silver trader, said that the price of gold has gone up in Nepal as well.

International experts have also projected that the price of gold could reach $ 2,000 by the end of 2020. If the price of gold in the international market reaches 2,000 dollars, the price of gold in the Nepali market will reach more than one lakh rupees per tola.

On Wednesday, the gold price had risen by Rs 1,300 per tola to Rs 94,000 per tola.

Silver Price Today

Silver also rose by Rs 10 per tola to Rs 1,145 per tola on Thursday. On the previous day, silver had risen by Rs 95 per tola to Rs 1,135.
