The Nepali version of the world’s number one dancing reality show ‘Dancing with the Stars Nepal‘ will be aired from September 20. The show was announced by Himalaya Television before the lockdown. However, due to Corona, the show could not be filmed. However, the program is expected to be aired to entertain the viewers who are forced to stay at home due to the lockdown. The show airs every Friday and Saturday from 8 p.m.
Even though all the preparations have already been completed, the shooting had to be stopped when the lockdown started, said Laxman Poudel, director of the program. It is preparing for the broadcast following the security standards set by the government. The premiere of this show has already been filmed.

How the winner selected?
This program will have 26 series. In each episode, 12-star performers will team up with one professional dancer and take part in a dance competition. One contestant will be eliminated from the show each week based on the audience’s vote and the judges’ evaluation. The premiere of this show has already been filmed.
Grand Prize for the winner
‘Dancing with the Star’ is the Nepali version of the world’s number one dancing reality show, so its prize money is huge. As an international franchise which is the biggest reality show of dancing, so it has a Grand prize like any other franchise show.
The winner will receive a total of Rs 2 million (including tax) in cash and other prizes.
